At Kenias Pets, we are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. We offer transparent shipping procedures with 100% Free Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
1. Shipping Destinations & Rates
Coverage: We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the United States (excluding U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and International addresses).
Shipping Cost: FREE on all orders. There are no hidden fees, minimum purchase requirements, or handling charges at checkout.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Delivery timelines consist of two parts: Handling Time (processing) and Transit Time (shipping duration).
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.
Handling / Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Transit / Shipping Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 Business Days.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) or official U.S. holidays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s system.
4. Address Corrections & Delays
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@keniaspets.shop. We cannot modify shipping details once an order has left our facility.
Unexpected Delays: Unforeseen shipping delays may occur due to weather events, carrier backlogs, or holiday spikes. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please reach out to our team for assistance.
